Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use tarayan.com or request a field demo. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to get back to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you submit the demo form: your name, work email, organization, and any optional details you choose to add (phone, role, message). For security, each submission also records technical context such as IP address, country, and browser information.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request and arrange the demo, and to protect the form against abuse. No marketing lists, no profiling — and we never sell or share your details for advertising.

Where it lives

Submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS) and are delivered to our company inbox. The site runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure — including the Turnstile bot check — which processes requests in order to serve and protect it.

Cookies & storage

We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile may use what it strictly needs to verify you are human.

Retention & your rights

We keep demo requests only as long as needed to handle them. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted — write to demo@tarayan.com.
